Bleaching/Plain Dyeing

Bleaching

  • It is often said that “natural fibers are like living creatures.” The condition of a fabric varies depending on when and where cotton was picked, slight differences in the blending ratios and texture of the fabric, and the storage conditions and temperature. It is the most difficult task to process such fabrics uniformly. In fact, it is necessary to work out each step without overlooking any slight differences. This is our dye factory’s know-how and strength. We take pride in having built up and achieved quality standards required by major textile converters in Japan through accumulated experience and improvements over many years. While the domestic textile dye industry continues to experience a decline, we will continue to support and lead the industry as one of the few large-scale integrated dye factories.

Plain Dyeing

  • ■ Confidence in the “quality” of color matching

“Color Matching” is the most demanding task in plain dyeing. Even though the work process appears simple to the untrained eye, it is a difficult task to master even for skilled craftsmen. This is believed to be one of the reasons for the recent decline in the textile dye industry. Having said that, through our experience, know-how and extensive textile dyeing skills, we are confident in our ability to respond to your requests.

  • ■ One of the largest dye factories in Japan capable of responding to demands for quick delivery and small lot production

We also offer many years of business with major textile converters and respond to demands for quick delivery and small lot production that other companies often cannot meet. One of our organizational strengths is our integrated production system from bleaching to finishing, and then to outsource weaving to our affiliated company (CHUGOKU BOSHOKU Co., Ltd.).

  • ■ Capable of dyeing various kinds of fibers by using diversified dyeing methods

We carry out various dyeing methods including continuous dyeing, batch dyeing, indigo dyeing, and tie-dyeing. In addition, we are able to dye a wide range of fibers, from natural fibers for clothing, nightwear, and materials to chemical compound fibers centering on TC (Tetoron/Cotton). Also, we use dyes that comply with various regulations and offer excellent repeatability and safety unique to domestic production methods.
